Milan

We finally arrived in Milan, Thursday 8/5/2021.  After checking into our hotel, we searched for dinner.  1st my meal in Italy- Cannelloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach with a tomato based sauce.  Too yummy for words, I will let the picture talk for itself.  After dinner, we walked the short distance to Milan Cathedral/Duomo.  It was a clear high 60's night.  They had the cathedral lit up and people happily strolled by chatting.  Its very clear this is Italy's social hour.  We walked the perimeter of the cathedral just dazzled by the immense gothic detail that seemed to cover every square inch of this church.  Chris particularily loved the all the stained glass windows.  Time for bed...big day tomorrow
