Our first Italian train ride on the Frecciagento (silver line) from Milan to Verona.  Covid restrictions make for a very roomy ride!

A huge shout out to La Griglia Trattoria in Verona for a wonderful pre-opera meal.  Appetizer: Bruscetta, Burrata, Proscuitto

Primo course- Gnocci w/Black Truffles and cream...serious yum

Secondo course- Steak with berries and balsamic, rosemary roasted potatoes.

Dolci- Creme Brulee.  Yes, we shared each course...otherwise we can't fit back on the plane to come home!
