Goodbye U.K. hello U.S.A.

We checked out of the Premier Inn and were picked up by our private shuttle for our trip from Llandudno to Heathrow.  If our little vacation wasn't exciting enough, we tried to leave a bag behind in Llandudno!  Luckily we noticed just in the nick of time that our luggage count was light.  We had an uneventful ride to London Heathrow and was pleasantly surprised to find no lines what so ever waiting for us at either the ticket nor security lines!  What luck! :D  We had a nice meal in the airport, and one last chance for me to sample my new favorite drink.  We all had comfortable seats on our non-stop flight to Boston.  I won't say the flight was great as neither Chris or I slept the entire way back...trying to avoid the worst of the jet lag and Dad just didn't feel well.   I think we all know that no matter how much you enjoy your vacation, a time just comes when you'd rather be home.  I think we had all reached that point.   We landed in Boston, retrieved all our luggage, caught a shuttle to the airport and with barely a good night...we fell into bed.  Dad & Sandy had an early flight out to LIT the next morning, so we got up to see them off and then pointed ourselves West for the last part of our journey.
